Temperature: Choose between High Performance Universal Temperature Transmitters or Standard Thermocouples (Type K,J,T,R,S / Pt100 head mounted transmitters. Standard temperature probes for applications with or without thermowells or pockets.
Level : Hydrostatic level measurement using differential pressure (with direct mount flange type) and ultrasonic level measurement (when direct mounting is not possible – typically used for tanks, vessels…). We can measure liquid level or solids level and transmit signals using traditional wired or wireless devices.
Flow: Accurate flow measurement using a number of different technologies. Orifice plates, Venturi’s Pitot tubes, electromagnetic, ultrasonic (Clamp on). Our flow specialists can advise on the most appropriate flowmeter for your application.
Transmitters usually contain a sensor and all the relevant electronics to convert the change in sensor signal to a signal that can be transmitted to the real world. Transmitter refers therefore to any device that outputs a signal that is representative of the measurement. Eg. a device that measures pressure and outputs a signal that is representative of the pressure could be considered to be a pressure transmitter.
When measuring Pressure, Temperature Level or Flow it is necessary to consider many other specification requirements. Process fluid, materials of construction, accuracy, reliability, warranty, drift, process connection, signal type, Atex approval, FM, CSA , hazardous area requirements, SIL rating, MCERT, requirement.
