When the valve is closed, maintenance work on pipelines can be carried out very simply. If you install BY-Pass valves on the valves for an extra charge, opening and closing will become even easier. Actually, the Globe Valve has a minimum input power and is therefore easier to open than the Gate Valve, but the BY-PASS valves take a lot of pressure from the line.

Furthermore, the industrial valve are available in steel or stainless steel, with nominal pressure ratings (LBS) between Class 150 and Class 2500. Depending on the customer’s request, either a flange connection according to DIN standard and ANSI standard, an internal thread or a weld end can be installed at the connections of the valve.

They are suitable for temperatures from -25 ° C to 425 ° C and thus withstand extreme temperature differences. It is available in steel or stainless steel, with nominal pressure ratings (LBS) between 150 LBS and 2500 LBS. This depends on what the pipes are used for and what fluids will be inside. In addition, the seat (seat) can be machined with stellite, thus prolonging the service life, since this reduces wear and does not wear out so quickly.
Depending on customer requirements, either a flange connection according to ANSI standard, an internal thread or a welding end can be attached to the connections.
